This Privacy Policy describes how Color World ("the App"), developed by Smith Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use our iOS application. We take your privacy — and the privacy of children — very seriously.

We do not collect any personal information. Color World is designed entirely for offline, on-device use. We do not create user accounts, require sign-in, or transmit any data to external servers.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Saved drawings – PNG image files you choose to save are written to the App's private Documents folder. They never leave your device unless you explicitly share or export them.
• Drawing metadata – A small list of filenames and creation dates is kept in local storage so the Gallery screen can display your saved work. This information stays on your device.

All locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

When you tap Save, the App asks for permission to add your drawing to your device's photo library. This permission is optional — you can decline and your drawing will still be saved inside the App's Gallery. We never read, scan, or access any existing photos in your library.

Color World does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or tracking technologies. We do not track your activity inside or outside the App.

The App works fully offline. It does not make network requests, connect to any servers, or transmit any data over the internet.

Color World is designed for use by children. Because the App does not collect, use, or share any personal information from any user — including children under 13 — it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps in the Kids category. Parents and guardians can allow children to use this App with confidence that no personal data is collected or transmitted.

All drawings and metadata are stored in your device's sandboxed application container, which is protected by iOS's built-in security model. We do not implement custom encryption because no sensitive data is stored or transmitted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
